Return Policy


NO REFUNDS! Store credit only! 

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned/received within 14 days of the date customer received. Sheree Elizabeth will not accept any returns after 14 days. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to ALL RETURNS! (effective as of 1/1/2019).

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received in and tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 


Depending on the availability and/or stock of the item, we may be able to exchange, however the shipping charge(s) is the customer's responsibility. 

However, contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will let you know if an exchange is possible. If for some reason the item(s) become unavailable we will issue a store credit once we receive your return. The item MUST be shipped with a tracking number (which should be emailed to us at the time of shipping).

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.


All sale items (promo included) are FINAL SALE. Bodysuits, swimsuits, or undergarments are also non-returnable.

Damaged Items

Please send us an email within 2 days of receipt to: info@ShereeElizabeth.com, making us aware of the situation. We will instruct you from there.
